hey guys!

I hope this is the right section to post this question!

I've been trying to do some online gaming in here so I wanted to try making an i-pin. So far, everthing seems to work, and after I press the submit button it opens some kind of program, I have no idea what it wants from me, though ^^. (I had to click public key certificate at authentification method, as it was the only option, by the way).

Could anyone please tell me what I can do to finally get my i-pin? ^^

Thanks in advance!

That program is a security certificate manager. If you're in Korea and you've done online or mobile banking you likely have a certificate already. It's a small password protected file with information about you. If you do have one, find and select it with this program. If not, ask your bank about getting one.

I think they will set up online banking for you and give you the login password. After that you can log in to the banking site and there should be a place there to create and download a free certificate. Remember that the certificate password is different from the online banking password.

Oh man ^^.

I received my digital certificate from my bank teller and went straight home to try using it. Turns out it won't work because on my ARC, im registered with both of my given names and on my Bank, i'm registered only with one given name. So of course, the i-pin website tells me that it's not my certificate, as the names don't match. I went back to my bank teller and asked him if he could include my second name into my customer profile, which he declined as their system can't take in more than one given name (Which is why they probably didn't include it in the first place.. I mean, they had my passport when I made the account).

Any suggestions as to what I can do now?
