|
|
What's the difference if you quit or were not renewed in relation to the lump sum with the private teacher's pension?
4. Among retirement reasons, you should state the word “dismissal” only when you were dismissed for disciplinary reason.(Retirement salary and Retirement allowances will be reduced if you state 'dismissal at one's own request' as "disciplinary dismissal')
Thanks for any input. |

As I understand it, you ought to be granted the pension for the time you actually worked at the school and no more. So if you complete the contract and are not renewed that's straightforward. There seems to be less of a stigma than if you were dismissed and had the contract terminated. Either way you should be paid for the length of time you were working and the contract was valid.
If the choice is (a) let them drop you at the end of the contract or (b) resign early, please be aware that in the latter case you will be due LESS pension whatever happens, and NO severance pay and no flight money.
But if you are working for a school which is underpaying you it may be different. |

get with the facts before you post such bad misinformation, first there is NO SEVERANCE PAY if you are in the private teacher fund, second, most (if not all) univs pay flight anymore where you get this bs is beyond me
only thing private pension cares about is if your were convicted of a crime while working, thats the only thing that can reduce your payout |
