What pubs outside of the Itaewon area do people (international or local) frequent who like football (soccer)? Just curious about places that don't get too packed on weekends.

You can try Yaletown or Beer O'Clock in Sinchon.

Not much of an expat crowd, but the Locker Room in Yeonhuidong has a ton of TVs and decent beers on tap. A bit far from the main stretch in Sinchon/Hogndae, but worth the visit.
