Have any Texans managed to get their Degrees notarized and apostiled while they were in Korea? if so can you let me know where you did it and how the process was, I am in need of some information on this process as every state is different.

problem with me is, I am not from Texas, I just went to college there.
I don't have any family or friends there to help me and I have no plans to return to Texas.

peace

Find the webpage for the Texas Secretary of State. Once you've done that type in 'apostille or authentications' in the search function. A webpage should pull up explaining the process as well as the address for obtaining an apostille.

yes I know the apostile part, but I was more interested in the notary public part, who did you use and did you just sent it to him from here and then ask him to send it to the SOS? or did you have it sent back here and then you forwarded to the sos.

You're bank branch will have a public notary and it should be free of charge. Just bring the documents to the bank. Keep in mind don't copy the documents and then bring them. The notary has to make the copies himself or herself of the original documents.

I'll be nice this time, if its a diploma order a new one from your univ and they can get it notarized and sent to you (or somebody in the states) and they can send it to the SOS office. That will save a step
