| To cut a long story short I have been trying through Yangju Immigration to get a d-10 as I am going back to the UK for a few weeks next month. Yangju have said that since I am staying with a friend in Itaewon I ahve to go through Seoul Immigration and bring postal evidence of my friends address and are claiming since Sunday is a non working day that I can just turn up at Seoul Immigration a day late and it will all be fine. I would really appreciate any advice guys!! Will I have to pay a penalty fine PLUS a d10 Visa fee? |

Have you asked for the initial extension to 30 days? Or are you on the initial 14 days after your contract ends?
Why not just tell them that you'll be staying at your current address in Yangju?
The immigration office MIGHT accept the paperwork late, but there's no guarantee of it. |
