2nd contract at same public school ends Feb. 28th.
New Uni job starts March 1st. They asked me today if I can get an LOR from my current public school, asap.
IF i get that LOR, wouldn't that effect my severance pay from my current school ???
As I understand it, I get 1 month severance pay for each FULL year of employment at my school.
Any way around this ??? (to get the LOR AND keep my severance pay ???)
Didn't find anything using the search function.

It doesnt have to say that you quit... just put the advanced date on it and get them to sign/stamp it.
