Are you a man (or a woman), but especially men, who would like to sing in choir???
The Camarata Music Company is always recruiting more men (and women) to sing in their two successful choirs. The Camarata Chamber Singers is an auditioned group that performs about 15 times per year, and sometimes makes/releases professional CD's. The Camarata Chorale is a non-auditioned choir that performs three major concerts per year, culminating with their annual performance of 'Messiah' in December. They are currently preparing 'African Sanctus' by Fanshawe, which is a great piece!
** There are two openings in the Bass 2 section, and one opening in the tenor section of the auditioned choir, the Chamber Singers. **

Oh how I wish I lived in Seoul.
I'd join this tomorrow. I've sung opera, as an Alto /somewhat female tenor, for years now and have been missing being in a choir for years. Too bad I'm 3.5 hours south away and couldn't even dream of being able to do it.
I recently learned of a choir near Geochang that I might be able to join though, so I'm going to look into it instead, since that city is only 20 mins away from me. |

I'm giving you a bump because this was one of the best put together performances I've seen in Korea. Worth the effort, and well done. I wonder how many others on this forum went to see them perform. Good show sir. |
