| They have this mandatory CHESS course in Seoul where new teachers have to pass for a certificate. Does anyone know anything about this training process or the school in general? |

You watch videos of 'how to teach' the JSL way. At the end of it you do a simple test. Then you join a big chain hagwon. Dream job for a Democrat I suppose.  |
