I have a pretty standard hagwon job and recently I was offered a part-time job teaching English at a software company.
How do I go about this with an E-2 visa? The software company is asking for my visa and ARC information, but I feel a little unsure. I know private lessons are frowned upon, but what about legitimate part-time jobs? They want to do everything above board. What steps should I take to make this happen?
Thanks! |

Not just frowned upon, they are illegal. If it's not in some way affiliated with your hagwon, then I doubt there's any legitimate way. |
