To be fair though, I think they're letting foreigners play in the Asian games in Incheon and they've got those Olympics coming up that they'll have to let other foreigners compete in as well. Please understand their situation. |

The ugliest example of Korean foreigner exclusion and poor sportsmanship, IMHO.

Taiwan little league baseball team comes for a tournament in Korea. After a game or two, it's apparent the Taiwanese team is very strong and will win the tourny. Korea send the team back to Tawain early so they can't win. |

Be that as it may, Taiwan don't do themselves any favours by having a history of sending strangely 'young' but over-grown little-league players. Mind you, Taiwanese baseball is just an excuse for gambling anyway. Pete Rose wouldn't be able to get into Taiwan Baseball Hall of Fame either, not with his kind of gambling record. |

Is anyone who knows a bit about the culture surprised by these things? |

Thanks for the post. Do you suppose it's only the Taiwanese that have a history of what you've claimed?
Do you have some links to support the claim of gambling? That would be great if you did. |

No, the question was "are you happy?" |

I chose to not answer that the first time. I thought that was clear, but obviously not. |
