What is there inside the building to see? At present, a few art exhibitions of local artists, according to some newspaper article I read.
But what are they going to fill that building with 365 days a year is the $64,000 question, especially since it's going to cost $30 million a year to maintain it.
They have a website: http://ddp.seoul.go.kr you could try. I get Firefox can't find the server at ddp.seoul.go.kr.
Here's one review of the building from a design site:

Don, you are smoking crack. While a great object and piece of sculpture, this building is a menace at the street level. a cold face in what should be a multi-layered, inviting pedestrian-friendly development that weaves together the larger urban fabric in the neighborhood.
Physically and economically, it fails at both. Grossly over budget and schedule, it is square peg in a round hole, and sadly will remain empty until the government figures out what to do with it. There are 2 other similar buildings that the egocentric mayor developed that have the same issues.
Aside from that, it is a technical disaster waiting to happen. the concrete is already leaking; efflorescing and leaching lime all over the interior, and the building as a whole will require an insane maintenance budget ( money that the city doesn’t have at the moment)
This is a supreme example of a celebrity architect ramrodding their ego into a place where it doesn’t belong. A work of sculpture, yes.. a good building, neighbor, and fitting piece of the urban fabric, no. |
