I sent a fax of my health check to my employer. I misplaced the hard copy, and they have no record of the fax. Is it possible to get a reprint from the hospitial or do I need to get another exam?

Most hospitals should be able to provide you with an extra copy if you call them or stop by. I called mine to request an e-mail copy and got it within a few hours.
