Got a friend who did a stint at Ganada - he said that unfortunately the lessons are dull-as-dishwater textbook-based teacher-fronted yawnfests... |

They advertise small class sizes, which made them sound good. (But maybe that's just advertising. Maybe the classes are small because not many people sign up.)
It is expensive. For one month of classes is 446,000 won (for the 9am to 12:50pm schedule, four days per week). I wonder how much progress could be made in the month. Still, I'd say it's worth it to shell out money. Learning a language takes a lot of work. Classes help, and one needs to take massive action in order to become successful. (The Korean language is really freaking hard.) |
