Not really.

One was done by an allied power that was remembering an event that none of us were alive to see. Does America celebrate July 4th? How many Brits died so Americans could be 'free'?

One is commemorating a terrorist act done by a race of pigs that follows a false prophet.

That's worse than the cake. You can eat the cake and it's gone.

I'm American and I thought the White House one was kind of funny, in a cheeky, British way.

Exactly. But you've gotta admit, if it was done by muzzies, a completely different reaction would follow.

The British one was a joke for goodness sakes. Besides, how many people died in the burning down of the white house? I'm guessing zero. The cake wasn't celebrating the slaughter of thousands of civilians - the 9-11 one was. If you can't see the difference you should return your university degree and get a refund.

Both ain't so bad. Westerners think Muslims should chill when we draw mocking pictures of Mohammed...

Once worked in a bar in Canada, and some of the names for drinks relating to 9/11, absolutely hilarious. But we always kept those names a well guarded and only for 'elite' customers.

If the British had burned the White House thirteen years ago with a thousand people locked inside, yeah, I might react differently.

That twin towers cake looks really shoddy- like a 6 year old made it. So along with their ineptitude in science, commerce, sport and pretty much every human endeavor except blowing stuff up, Muslims also show themselves to be poor bakers.

Why don't you tell that to Fareed Zakaria, Snoop Dog, Iman, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Muhammad Ali, Dr. Oz, Shaquille O'Neill, Hasam Rahman, Mike Tyson, Jawad Karim (co-founder of Youtube), Malcolm X, Anwar Sadat, Dave Chapelle, Janet Jackson...and these guys. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lists_of_Muslims

You sound like an ignorant, Fox-news watching redneck.

Thanks for proving my point. Almost every one you listed realized their greatness being part of a Western nation and converted to Islam later in life. Islamic societies don't foster much achievement. How many on your list have gone to permanently live in Muslim nations? Why haven't they?

Name a few great things in the present world that have come from Islamic countries. And don't tell me about mathematics a few millenia ago.

You clearly didn't look at the list. There are plenty of accomplished Muslims, their names are just not familiar to us. Can you name any famous Chinese or Indian people? Hindus, Sikhs, Jainists? No? I guess then that they must not exist.

Get an education.

If you have a billion or two people yes a few individuals may stand out. But that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about belief systems and societies that create great things, not a few random individuals on a wiki list who probably needed the West to realize their accomplishments anyway..Both India and China have space programs. They have scientific achievement in many areas. They have innovative economies to an extent. I'm waiting for you to name some achievements from the Muslim world in science, medicine, whatever you like. Go ahead. Wiki is your friend.
