I noticed on the Korean consulate website for Vancouver that they require an official cover letter from the notary public when processing my E-2 application. I have all my documents notarized but I never received any cover letter. What exactly are they referring to?

 It probably would have been better if Canada just signed the Hague convention treaty.
If you don't have the cover letter go back to the notaries and ask for one. Hopefully it's that simple. |
