Anyone work here or have care to share their experience or impressions. Also how is the area? |

Bad boss. Teachers there find it sketchy/get screwed. The location is good because there are three subway stations nearby. |

I'll confirm the sketchyness of the place. |

My friend worked at an Avalon in another city and it was cake. Easy books, zero prep, only teaching 3 classes a day, etc.
The location is great being close to Hongdae and Itaewon for the one in Mapo. If the working hours and curriculum are the same as the one my friend worked seems you could live with a poo boss. |

In Gyeonggi-do? I think I know where you mean. Three 80 minute classes a day, so only 20 contact hours a week (but I think it has went up somewhat judging by people I talk to working there now). The Mapo location has more hours than that and increasing. People are getting screwed out of vacation time. But feel free to ignore us and sign up there anyway if you want that location. |
