Hi All,

I'm in the document submission phase of my EPIK Application--already passed the interview and sent my documents to my recruiter.

Although I already have my diploma...the registrars office is saying that my degree hasn't been conferred?!?!? As a result, my transcripts do not say I graduated. However, they do have all of my grades?

What should I do? Wait to get new transcripts in the beginning of June and have them get there by June 6/June 9th or submit my transcripts as is?

Thanks!!

Also, excuse any errors...I'm freaking out right now!!!

Get new transcripts.

If the ones you hold don't say that you graduated and degree is conferred then (in the eyes of EPIK) you don't have a degree.

Get it fixed (fast) or wait for the next intake.

I just passed my EPIK interview, and I'm in the same boat. I graduated from my university in April, but I cannot get a hard copy of my diploma or my final transcripts saying that I graduated until mid June.

Did you talk to your recruiter about this? I was told that it was sufficient for now to send with your documents a letter from your school explaining you did indeed fulfill all of the degree requirements and will have these documents ready by x date.

Best of luck!

I'd say make sure you stay on dat EPIK. Hagwons can be crazy, hear a lot from people in the public schools and I wish I traveled that route! I wouldn't apply if I didnt have an actual confirmed degree though..
