Best I could find is one someone ran through a translator..

which is kind of sexy.

I d/l all my Asian movies via http://www.asiatorrents.me/

And the subs for 'The Attorney' have yet to be uploaded yet.

And these guys are the fastest with subs. It all depends on when the DVD is released, if there were English subs included, and how popular the movie among the English speaking population of Asian movie freaks.
