Looks like it will be starting next year for Korea.

It sucks to be an American due to the pervasive invasion of your personal life as an expat (or as a citizen) due to the actions of your government.

At least you will be able to get a bank account here.

There are lots of expats in Europe who have been denied service in various countries rather than those governments kowtowing to the US.
