I'm applying for a visa for a different country and I was wondering if paid/unpaid traffic violations/fines in korea show up on the check.
Nothing ever comes to my address so I'm not sure if i have to pay tickets or not. How would I check that? Is there a way to do it online? At the bank?>
Mainly I want to know if traffic violations show up on the check though. |

No, minor traffic violations are a non-issue for visa application and do not show up. If you want a check done, go to the local gu-police station (not the small local stations).

No, minor traffic violations are a non-issue for visa application and do not show up. If you want a check done, go to the local gu-police station (not the small local stations).

Thanks man. Do you know any way for me to check if I have any unpaid ones floating around out there? I'd like to get settled up now if possible. |

Go to the local gu-police station (not the small local stations) and ask. It only takes a few minutes to do a check and it costs you nothing (unless you have tickets to pay for).

Go to the local gu-police station (not the small local stations) and ask. It only takes a few minutes to do a check and it costs you nothing (unless you have tickets to pay for).

ah lol sorry, i thought u meant go to the gu police station for criminal check only, not to check traffic violations. not sure what i was thinking. thanks. |
