Using an expediter (same expediter for CBC and apostille) and pay out your rear fast as heck shipping, you can get it back in under 10 days in theory, but you're looking at serious expenses. Still expedited but not quite so fast you can hope for 2-3 weeks. I did mine (expedited) during the holiday season so it took me about 4-5 weeks as I recall, but that was in large part because of the holidays and the service decided to go on break (I think a lot of these are just a few guys hanging out in an office).

Best of luck.

I know you can get an apostile in a week or so (I did), but you can get the CBC now that quickly?

What the service that does it?

Carp I forgot the name...I think it was linked somewhere. Make sure its the CBCs that are good for apostilling as not all companies have one that is suitable.

Used to be super quick if you had the FBI fwd the doc to the Sec of State directly. Since last Oct, they've stopped that. Boo. If you have a contact in the States (like anyone w/ half a brain), you can get it within 3 weeks. (From sending it to receiving it)

The caveat- you'll need to time the chain of events correctly and spend a decent amount on postage. *You'll also have to get your US Congressperson send the FBI an expedite request with a strict deadline (should be an option in their website). Mine took less than a week for the FBI to process.

And doubtful. Maybe under 2 weeks with a channeler (unless all the mail's done next-day and if the channeler does all the paperwork within a matter of days) The Sec of State usually takes a few days to a week to apostille the thing.
