| Busan needs a lot more and better infrastructure to deal with this kind of thing. The run off systems were simply overwhelmed. Unfortunately though too many resources are directed toward building things for profit. Shipyard construction and property developments are more profitable for construction companies and property speculators than upgraded sewer systems. |

| Nope, not me. Neither place. It DID rain damned hard though. Thought I was in a Daegu monsoon, or at least a real one for a change. |
