Since I'm in Korea, I think it would be nice to take some Korean lessons.
I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of good schools/institutes where to take Korean lessons (beginner level) (or places to avoid).

Thank you.

More details would be helpful

What city do you live in?

What kind of budget would you allow for it (Korean study)?

What sort of schedule do you have currently?

Ah, yes, sorry about that.

I'm in Seoul.

Budget wise, I don't really have a limit; I just want something worth my money. Of course, if it didn't cost a fortune it would be nice too, so let's say lower than $1000 for one semester. (lower than that would be nice too, of course).

My schedule is pretty open, so day or evening. However, I don't want something full time (every day of the week).

A private tutor maybe an option as long as you've nailed down the basics. They're generally cheaper than English tutors and shouldn't run higher than 30k per hour. Fresh Korean is an option if you live in Western Seoul.
As course language exchange is a very cheap option (free) but only do it when you're the same level as your partner/group otherwise you'll always backtrack to the more common language.
