I am sorry but I don't really understand. My contract will finish on Sept. 16th. I don't have a new job as of yet so..When I go to immigration tomorrow what do I ask for. Do I extend my current visa or apply for a D-10? Sorry I am so confused. MOST of all I want to avoid the hassle of all new documents before I find a new job. Help PLEASE. And THANK YOU VERY MUCH in advance.

When you go to the immigration apply for a D-10! (This is good for six months. This is the visa that doesn't require new documents to be submitted to immigration.)

If you get an extension, it is only good for 30 days.(You will have to depart the country when the 30 days is up)

side note:

Do you have a place to stay lined up or will you travel to other countries? There are some good goshiwons for
$15 a night in Seocho. If you pay for a month in advance,, it is a lot less.

Is there an immigration office there or do you have to go to Busan?
