I had a sky android phone.
I just got a Samsung Galaxy s4 (also android) phone.
Is there a really good way to bring over all my apps, app data, contacts, etc. to my new phone?
I've got "Ultimate backup" paid version on the original phone. I wonder if that could be useful for this.
When I turned on the new phone it said something about "back up to google" cloud or something like that. I wonder if this would be useful.
I don't have that much stuff, the apps seem to be downloading automatically once I signed into playstore.
But any advice to having my new phone start out will all the stuff from the old would be well appreciated.
Thanks, |

If you're rooted, then migrating apps can be done easily with Titanium Backup. If not, then while apps can be via Google (the auto-DLing), the data won't. Ditto for contacts (if you've backed up your contacts to Google, too (which can be done somewhere in Setting, I believe)) |
