George Zimmerman's Twitter account was suspended Thursday after he tweeted photographs of a topless woman he said was an ex along with what appeared to be her contact information.
Zimmerman wrote in one tweet that the woman pictured, who he called "Heather," cheated on him "with a dirty Muslim." The tweet included a phone number and the photograph showed her from the chest up. That tweet was captured by The Daily Dot: |

As with everything else George Zimmerman, I'm sure this is all just a big misunderstanding. |
This has the odd Al Capone twist to it now...as did O.J's story.
He wasn't convicted of murder, but now may spend time in jail for something totally unrelated... 'revenge porn'. |

Its great to see states like Florida have managed to pass laws prohibiting 'revenge porn.' Its hard to make those into viable civil cases, although posting it on a twitter account which has so many followers seems pretty brazen.
Did anyone else notice Zimmerman's racial hate shout-out? Hmmmmmm.
Yes, it does echo O.J., doesn't it? |

Florida authorities say George Zimmerman, whose acquittal of murdering an unarmed black teen sparked a national debate on race and self-defense laws, has been arrested on an aggravated assault charge.
The Seminole County Sheriff's Office says the 31-year-old Zimmerman was arrested in Lake Mary about 10 p.m. Friday and is being held at the John E. Polk Correctional Facility. The facility's website says Zimmerman is scheduled for a court appearance at 9 a.m. Saturday.
No further details were released. A message seeking further information was left Saturday morning by The Associated Press with Seminole County Sheriff officials.
Zimmerman was acquitted in 2013 of a second-degree murder charge for shooting an unarmed teenager, Trayvon Martin.
Since his acquittal, Zimmerman has had several brushes with the law:
-- He was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, battery and criminal mischief after his then-girlfriend said he pointed a gun at her face during an argument, smashed her coffee table and pushed her out of the house they shared. Samantha Scheibe decided not to cooperate with detectives and prosecutors didn't pursue the case.
-- Zimmerman was accused by his estranged wife of smashing an iPad during an argument at the home they had shared. Shellie Zimmerman initially told a dispatcher her husband had a gun, though she later said he was unarmed.
No charges were ever filed because of a lack of evidence. The dispute occurred days after Shellie Zimmerman filed divorce papers.
-- Zimmerman has also been pulled over three times for traffic violations since his acquittal. |

Nope, clearly not a hot head. |
His luck is very bad, indeed.

George Zimmerman, the man acquitted of murdering teenager Trayvon Martin, is threatening to “beat” rapper and entertainment titan Jay Z and feed him “to an alligator”—and has sparked a feud with Snoop Dogg in the process. |

New documentary in which Zimmerman is portrayed very negatively:
Quote: |
George Zimmerman is an even more despicable human being than most of us knew.
Proof of the depths of his callous depravity — in the form of rarely seen law enforcement videos, text messages and interviews with several acquaintances — is the main new contribution of “Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story,” a six-part documentary series now running on BET and the Paramount Network. |
Quote: |
The documentary also shows how white racists are still, to this day, animated by their sympathy for Zimmerman, who was ultimately charged, tried and acquitted.
Zimmerman comes off terribly. In the most startling moment of the entire production, we’re shown that he now autographs bags of Skittles candy for admirers — Skittles being one of the items that Martin was carrying home from a convenience store shopping excursion when Zimmerman killed him.
We see screenshots of profane, threatening text messages Zimmerman allegedly sent to the private investigator the producers hired to try to track him down for an interview. We also see police video related to Zimmerman’s arrests for domestic violence after his acquittal, and we see and hear evidence that he uses racist language. |
