I've been given some Lotte vouchers as a gift, but cash would be more useful to me. I heard that it's possible to exchange them for cash (minus a 10% commission), which is technically illegal but this is Korea, after all...
Anyone know where these 'agents' can be found?

I've heard you can just go to a convenience store near a department store and they'll buy them.

Or try a shoeshine container/kiosk/shop. Preferably near the department store but not always. They charge some % for the redemption.

Just buy one small thing in Lotte Mart and they will give you the change in cash.
