I have received some PMs because of my reply in another thread, so I thought it would be easier to post this.
A conveniently located furnished officetel is available in Bundang (Migeum Station). Requires NO KEY MONEY. It is only a few meters to Migeum Station, so you can be at Gangnam Station in around 20 minutes via express subway. Price will be flexible and reasonable based upon desired length of stay.
