|
|
I recently changed my visa and am now searching for new jobs. I have been asked about my documents and ability to prove my qualifications. At this time I dont have any new documents as I have always just extended my E2 with the documents on file submitted in 2011. Will I need a fresh set now that my visa has changed?
One other question. In regards to changing jobs is the process the same? If there are any differences can someone please explain. |

Provided you remain in the same jurisdiction and do not leave Korea for more than 90 days you can use immigration made copies for changing jobs to satisfy the MOE.
You no longer need them for immigration/visa purposes.
You won't need them if you change occupations from teaching to something else.
