Hey Folks
I am now 7 months into my first year teaching in Korea. The recruiter I used to help get me this job was fantastic. She communicated with me regularly day and night.
Is it a good idea to go with the same recruiter while you are still employed by the school she recruited you for?
Or can that backfire on me somehow? |

If she was "fantastic," why do you want to leave the placement she got you? Not so fantastic? Just asking.
She might be thrilled. Replace you & re-place you: double payday for her!
Its generally wise to engage several recruiters anyway -- more choices for you. |

The reason would be to move to a different city from the one I was placed in. The school is good and stable but the city was not my first choice.
The city is Gwangju, an awesome city but I like to move around.
It wasn't Ann. Her name was Joanne. She was an amazing recruiter. |
