Relax in this beautiful Country Farm House with 2 bedrooms, 11/2 bathrooms, private office, living
room, dining room and large kitchen and 1440 SF. Enjoy the true experience of 'living in the country' with quiet country settings, gorgeous mountain views from a beautiful side porch, while cattle graze just over the fence, large yard with native trees, singing birds, sumptuous bedding for the luxurious king and
queen beds, gas log fireplace, complete kitchen, cookware, quality furnishings and so much more! With
all the special touches it encourages calmness and tranquility.

Location:
Cottage In The Country is located just 20 minutes North of Asheville across the road from our family farm. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping,hiking,fishing, walking, the Blue Ridge Parkway, antique shopping and the Biltmore House.

Living Room:
The relaxing living room has colorful furnishings with large windows overlooking the adjacent farm, gas
log fireplace, beautiful accessories, TV with DVD for your enjoyment. This is the perfect room to
watch the cows, birds and enjoy the lush green trees with a great cup of coffee.

Dining Room:
The dining room is very open with plenty of room for dining and seats six. A large bar area separates the
kitchen and the dining room making food prep easy still enjoying great conversation and reflections of your day.

Kitchen:
The country kitchen is bright and you can almost smell the fresh veggies, strawberries and apples being
prepared. It is totally equipped with everything you will need for preparing meals at home complete
with cookware, dishes, coffeemaker, microwave and utensils. There is plenty of storage space for your
groceries including a large refrigerator with ice maker and plenty of room. Serve your meals in the
quaint dining room or on the open air porch.

Porch:
Just beyond the dining room is a great porch on the end of the house overlooking the family farm and is
so inviting for coffee in the mornings. It's quiet and calm settings invite relaxing talks and private time.
The porch is covered and has seating to enjoy family time while enjoying the beautiful green areas and
even a pond on the adjacent farm.

Master King Bedroom:
From the hall you'll find a tastefully decorated romantic master bedroom suite with beautiful bedding
and quality sheets. From your window you can watch the cattle, listen to the birds singing. The his and her closets are an added plus. Just across the hall is a master bath, tile floors and large tub and shower. Lovely soft towels complete this most restful experience.

Guest Bedroom:
Located at the end of the house is a second bedroom with lovely queen size bed and a large closet. This
room is bright and decorated in a French country design and invites quiet naps in the afternoon.



Office:
Just across from the second bedroom is the Office (third bedroom) complete with desk and comfy chair for working in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains or emailing your friends about your home.

Additionally:
This Country Farm House has central heat/air conditioning,It is fully furnished and freshly painted
throughout with quality furniture and furnishings. The house pulls you into a lifestyle of days gone by with original hardwood floors, solid wood cabinets with updated features. The house has just been completely remodeled and is extremely clean and crisp.

Thank you, as do I. But I have to purchase (and overpriced apartment in Seoul). So my vacation home, which is an established business that draws in plenty of guests (when I'm not visiting), is now for sale.
