I am in Korea at the moment and sent my diploma home to be copied and apostilled, but it looks like my instructions were unclear and my family got the original diploma apostilled instead.

Can I still use this to get a E2 visa? Or will I have to send it back to be copied, notarized and apostilled again?

Thanks for any help/advice.

You can use it BUT...

IF you use it you will lose it.
Immigration will KEEP the documents with the apostille on them.

If you want to keep your original then send it home, get a "CERTIFIED TRUE COPY" made and have the apostille put on the COPY.
