OK....I knew there would be one thing that I would forget.......
I meant to get a police check from the Korean police before I left Korea. Right now I'm taking a rest in Thailand and I'm headed to mainland China to teach in the near future.
For those who have taught in South Korea and then in China: Did you need to provide a Korean police check in order to teach in China? I was never in trouble in Korea but I will have to contact a Korean consulate and hope that they will help me with this (money spent, time spent and I probably don't need it anyway).
I've e-mailed a couple of recruiters for China to ask and they have not got back to me. Maybe they think I was a criminal in Korea so I shouldn't ask too many, ha ha.
Thanks in advance. |

You can get one through the embassy. At least Koreans can, I assume the procedure is similar for non-Koreans |
