Obviously they are struggling so much with women that they study this PUA garbage out there.

Has it really gotten so bad that guys are actually examining how they sit? And receiving intstruction on how to sit.

Where did this alpha and beta stuff come from? Shouldn't we maybe be more concerned with being decent people? The Internet is used by many it seems as a way to regress into childish attacks. You can see this in many comments, often laden with misspellings or capital letters and exclamations. Where all this comes from, who knows? It shows a disdain for people. Reading youtube comments is just the best. I wonder how many people have any command of English. Or is it just angry young people?

I thought alpha males sat with their legs as wide as possible on subways and buses so everyone has to squeeze on the seat near them.

I don't understand what this man thinks the benefit of being an alpha (human) male is. Does he think these "beta males" don't get the opportunity to mate? There are plenty of, for lack of a better term, "alpha females" out there for these so called beta males to meet. I think I lack the testosterone to understand this.

So Sorry, Alpha Male Man has a point ....

Is it even possible to sit for a long time with your legs crossed? I can't do it without my legs going numb. Its un natural and painful for me at least. But thats just the ergonomics...

Women instinctively do not like men who act like women, even crossing their legs like a woman would do! This includes giggling or showing too much giddy emotion, or clapping your hands in delight ..

Try going out with a woman and every time you sit with her cross your legs the way 'beta' males do and tell me she would not notice and think it weird of you.

Granted tho. This Alpha/Beta stuff can be very thick and made for the insecure if it gets too serious (like how to sit!)
