The 50% increase is a result of Bill Cosby being named as the attacker. |

Is it? 'Sexual assault' is a pretty vague category. What exactly constitutes a sexual assault? |

| Agreed. I would like to know specifics and also whom? Other military or non military? Finally the definition of sexual assault has been changed (the California university regs now for example), its possible to have consensual sex and in the middle say stop and he's keeps going and that is now sexual assault if not rape when 10 years ago it would be laughed at. |
