Seeing as how the increase is purely tax, maybe duty-free prices arent affected? I dont know. I'm curious too.
I'm also curious about how much a shop-owner makes off selling a pack (probably not much). I wonder if their profit margin rose. |

The article also says that even though you're limited to two cartons, lots of people buy more, and they rarely get caught because no one checks. I'm as surprised as you must be that this law goes unenforced [/sarcasm] |
