For anyone who is interested, we have a group of about 38 guys who are involved in these things. We've got a spread of crossfitters, powerlifters, bodybuilders, olympic lifters, and some MMA athletes as well.

We have a Kakao room we talk in everyday. Good to chat with like minded people. Two people are certified trainers, good advice. Most of us have been here at least 2 years.

Some of us attend the Olympic Lifting seminars at Olympic park quite often.

We are also trying to setup an official powerlifting tournament sometime this year.

We also have our own "meets" where we just get together at SAP and train, try to break PRs.

Anyways, if you want to join our Kakao room just hit me up.

I did this for a year before my avatar pic of me was taken. It really works.

Didn't you have 38 members when you first posted it a couple years ago, meaning that you're basically back to where you started?
