Somebody should have told Kim that kimchi wards off cancer only, not lions. Razz

What a way to go out. 20 years at the zoo, he was probably looking forward to his retirement. Sad.

Koreans have to learn not to invade the personal space of others.

I recommend going one-on-one with a lion as a new punishment for ajosshis found taunting or provoking animals that are either tied up or in cages.

Sorry for the guy and his family, but that 'zoo' is cruel.

I think the polar bear area was the cruelest.

I saw it about four years ago, pacing up and down. I went around October last year, there was a sign saying the polar bear was sick (not on display). I really hoped that it had died and been up out of its misery.

The horse show on Jeju, dont get me started on that!

You seriously need to grow up. You are one seriously creepy dude. Is everything just one big sick joke to you?

Grow up.

Have you ever swum with dolphins?

I hear it's an unforgettable experience.

Sadly this will make Koreans aven more afraid and hateful of animals than they already are.

Most Koreans need to go to re-education camps where they get to hold and handle animals, learn about their needs and why it is important to respect other living things.

You had a lion and a toy, and then the lion decides to toy with you and tragically end your mortal stay on this planet.

No video, but very chilling audio of Timothy Treadwell. The dude spent 13 summers in Alaska and got eaten. His companion was also eaten by the same bear. Wild animals will eat whatever the hell they want to....... even if you're nice.

Aint that the truth.

But western people are able to realize that animals are just doing what they need to do to survive in their own environment...and that ultimately our world is much richer and our environment much healthier for their existence.

I suspect that Koreans would simply expect to wipe out any species that poses any kind of threat to humans, until they've basically sterilised their country. Primitive attitude.
