I am changing jobs from one university to another, has anyone done this recently? I have been told you can transfer the visa at immigration with a letter of release, contract, and other forms, is this possible? Or do I have to go through the process of applying for a new visa with apostilled CRC, degrees, sealed transcripts, etc. the same as for the first visa? |

At the end of your contract OR with a LOR you can transfer to a new employer OR switch to a D10 and then find new work.
In either case you do NOT need new documents from home (at least not for immigration purposes).
An employer on the other hand can ask for whatever they want and your options are to produce them or not get hired.
