im about to finish my second contract at my school and am looking to move to another school. The school provided Gyeonggi MOE with my background check, diploma, and health check two years ago. Now that I'm moving jobs I'm trying to figure out what I need to do.

From what I've read the background check is valid in Gyeonggi only and only if I haven't left the country for more than 60 days. The apostille diploma is also valid for the same period.

I can't find how long the medical check is valid for. It seems like a new one is needed Everytime you change jobs, but I was to work 3-4 part time jobs how does that work? Do I get one myself and submit it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The MOE "should" accept copies of your diploma and background checks from immigration. You don't need to get new ones if you haven't left the country. Since you have a F4 visa, none of this will be issues with immigration, but issues with the MOE. Just try to get copies from immigration.

Immigration doesn't have any of these documents because I'm on a F4 visa. They have already excepted my documents for my current job and am looking for jobs in the same jurisdiction.

You have a teaching job now right? If so, then you shouldn't need documents for a second job in the same jurisdiction. They may want a Korean criminal background check.

They still have your documents. You can go to the immigration office and request a copy of them. Costs like 500 won and takes 10 minutes.
