				| I'm maybe a little off-base as to the proper subforum for this but forgive me.
I applied for my lump-sum refund before I left Korea, the woman I dealt with said it would go through late November and she'd email me at that time.

Now I've received an email from her, but I can't um...render (?) the contents at all. (I did receive my refund, I just want to have the content of the email for my records.) The whole email just comes up as a broken image no matter which browser I look at it in. I'm given the option to download the contents as an attachment, but when I do it's just an html file that directs me to a broken address.

Question: Folks who got the email notification of their lump-sum refund, or emails in general from the tax office, are there any tricks to reading them?

Enable Korean fonts in your browser or add Korean language to your operating system (assuming you are on a windows box).
