Online banking here from Chrome? My explorer keeps crashing. So, I tried logging into Nonghyup with Chrome and I was able to log in. It did load their security software. I haven't tried to transfer money home yet. But, so far, it did seem to work.
I had always heard Korean websites only work with explorer. |

They keep changing to support Android mainly, and happen to start working on non-IE Windows browsers. Sometimes by accident (not legal, for the bank ), sometimes intentionally (total change of the front end).
I am using Chrome on Android for Korean eBanking (Woori) for ~3 years now. |

I've had plenty of problems using Chrome to do e-banking in Korea. I just stick to Explorer. |

I'm not sure about NongHyup but I've used internet banking with Shinhan and KEB on a mac+chrome combo. KB seems to be less inhospitable to something besides explorer also but I don't bank with them.
Then again, NongHyup seems to be especially more prone to security breaches and I'd never bank with them even if you paid me. |
