I'm planning on transferring my visa to a new school in March. Do I need a new health check or is everything good biased my visa is still valid? Has anyone done the transfer recently? |

As far as I know, you'll have to do a new medical - although I haven't changed schools, I added a second workplace to my E2 in November, and had to go for another medical for that.
When I extended my ARC last March (staying in the same job) I extended it for 2 years, and needed no medical. When one of my friends changed schools at the same time, he did need another medical. |

Sounds like what I was going to say. If you renew you likely do not need a health check. If you transfer to a new school you will likely need a new health check. My advice is do not get one unless ask to provide one by immigration. |
