Jeon had a firearms hunting license. He took out two of his rifles from Namyang Police Station earlier this morning.

As of January this year, 163,664 hunting rifles have been registered for individuals.

Violence is commonplace in korea, its part of the culture. What % of violent people actually get convicted? Thanks to the blood money system, very few.

I wouldn't call those mass shootings, as terrible as they were.

As for trends, are you including the guy who shot his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend and father? He was another who had a shotgun the police "kept."

Hunting in Korea? Hunting what - blue jays? What the hell is there to hunt that hasn't already been hunted, killed and eaten by the hungries?
