This apartment is located on the second floor of a villa. The location is in walking distance of Sanggye and Nowon stations. The landlord is really chilled out and neighbors are quiet. Located in a court there are no pedestrians or vehicles that will disturb you. The apartment is traditional and modern with excellent natural light and has great water pressure. The storage area adjacent to the apartment is absolutely massive. The monthly bills include cable, electricity and gas are substantially less than most apartments.

One of the most stressful aspects of living in Korea is finding proper accommodations.
