Hello, I'm looking for a hakwon with minimal lesson planning/prep work that has locations in multiple Korean cities. Student age does not matter. Please give suggestions--Thank you |

I'd have thought how much preparation you do was pretty much up to you. You can be a crap teacher anywhere. |

I assume you meant a hakwon that required minimal student report writing, essay corrections and attendance at meetings held in Korean.
I imagine that you would be doing a reasonable amount of preparation based on the content of the lessons you plan to teach.
The things I mentioned above which at times feel like simply make work are what bother me. |

Why? You can't work in multiple cities, so why do you need to find a hagwon in multiple cities? In regards to prep work, as each branch will be managed by a different person, I would imagine it would be almost impossible to find a chain hagwon to match your requirements. One branch may require minimal prep work, another may have someone who micromanages and expects detailed lesson plans and prep work. |

you might luck out and get a gig that only requires you to show up 30 mins before to prep. Are you looking for something with less hours? If you don't have relevant experience, you are gonna have to suck it up and do the 9-6/2-10 thing |

Aplly to wall street institute. No prep but they won't pay your housing and you'll be working 2-10 and 2 saturdays a month. |

Well, it's fine to do those things if they pay more money. If they only pay 2.1 or 2.2milion, you go teach and go home. You get what you pay for. Hakwon owners don't like it, they can pay more money. Simple as that. Or just say eff it, go to China. |

No, housing? Really? They pay you more money so you can get your won housing, then? |
