Where can I find the latest and official information on the Point System for Visa in South Korea?
I have found some information here:

But the information there doesn't match up
For example, in the pdf file (link 1), in page 2, under Study in Korea (maximum 10 points) the points distribution shown is different than the one shown in link 2. Which one is the current official one?
How exactly can I verify the number of points?
