Mish Shedlock has recently given some advice to college grads on finance.

http://globaleconomicanalysis.blogspot.com/2015/03/advice-for-college-grads-16-tips-for.html

Tip 1. Very much agree with. You must live within your means. Easy to do in Korea. You have a LOT of disposable income.

Tip 2. Pay down student debt. Again agree. And again Korea makes this very easy.

Tip 3 - irrelevant to Korea. Plentiful jobs mean if you lose one there will always be another.

Tip 5 _ irrelevant to Korea. Accomodation is fully paid for.

Tip 8 - irrelevant to Korea. Public transportation is so good no need for a car.

tip 9 - This one I have a problem with. If we waited until conditions were just right no one would ever have kids.

tip 10 - debatateable. You could buy a house in your home country and rent it out thus increasing your income big time.

tip 11 - no opinion
