|
|
I am thinking about going to study Korean in Busan for the fall quarter. What would be the best way to try and find a 3 month apartment to rent? I don't think local realtors deal in anything less than one year leases, and I don't see any craigslist for Busan (only Seoul). I could show up and stay in a guesthouse until I found something, I guess. I know it is early now, but just wondering what website / resource would be my best bet, just to see if this is even possible.
Thanks |

I have a 3 bedroom apartment and I'd rent out a room, if the price and the person were right (I'd have to meet you first).
Alternatively, check on Air BnB for other people like me with spare rooms. |

Search real estate sites in Korean. Ask Koreans who might know if this is doable. Check with real estate agents because you never know.
Search this site, waygook.org, and Koreabridge for sublets and rooms for rent. Occasionally you'll see someone renting out a spare room on there.
There are plenty of goshiwons around that rent monthly. A friend stayed in one in Haeundae called metrohive. It was pretty nice but tiny. |
