There was a way to stop this from happening about 10 years ago, but it's been so long that I forgot how to do it.

Help please?

Using Mac Safari - even though I paste in --> http://www.google.com/intl/en/ it doesn't help. I'm at the end of my rope.

YES I can read Korean. I just don't want to.

Thanks

Don't know about macs, but in chrome/IE, I just open a 'incognito' or 'private' tab that doesn't store cookies or track the history. It's the only way to make it work for me these past couple of weeks.

I think something's changed recently and it defaults to the co.kr site.

set homepage to google.com/ncr

it's a 'no country redirect'. this may be what you used to do.

Korean Google's language can be turned to English and returns the exact same results as a Google.com search these days. Not much use for the old /NCR anymore.

I guess I got lucky then, it hasn't returned for me after doing NCR.
